Residential Appraisal Review and USPAP Compliance: The 7-Hour Residential Appraisal Review and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Compliance Course has been developed by The Appraisal Foundation. The course focuses on appraisal review assignments and the effect USPAP has on these assignments, the reviewers, and the work of appraisers involved in the assignments. This course is designed to aid real property appraisers seeking a better understanding of USPAP in conjunction with producing appraisal reviews that are USPAP compliant, as well as providing additional guidance to those appraisers whose work is being reviewed.

Please note: You will need to bring a copy of the 2016-2017 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice or purchase one on site for $35.

How to Do an Appraisal and Sleep at Night: This seminar will cover the facets of doing an appraisal which most often result in appraisal liability cases. It is not a “let’s tell a story” seminar and not the standard “appraisal fare” that we’ve all heard a 100 times. This seminar is for the serious minded appraisers who want to excel and further their careers; and, truly be able "to sleep at night".

Speaker: Albert Cerone, IFAS
