This class is a complete exploration of valuable appraisal reporting practices beginning with a review of select USPAP reporting obligations. The course continues as it illustrates the completion of the URAR reporting form along with compliance requirements of the Uniform Automated Dataset UAD). An overview of key reporting areas necessary for the completion of other appraisal and evaluation forms, including Broker’s Pricing Opinion (BPO) reports, follows.

DescriptionThis new three-day course will provide NAIFA and ASA-designated real property appraisers and other certified general appraisers a thorough, hands-on learning experience covering the knowledge and understanding to properly allocate/segregate the components and report their effect on value as required by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Instruction will be provided by highly experienced designated appraisers who specialize in real property and business valuation.
