Like a resume, your NAIFA profile provides your contact information, experience, education, professional recognition, skills/qualifications, and much more. Your NAIFA profile is your online advertisement to over 700,000 annual visitors to NAIFA's website. Ensure the accuracy of your profile by checking and/or updating the following:
- Name - Tip: Make sure your name is capitalized properly. Don't type your name in all capital or lowercase letters.
- Service Areas: Cities, States, Zip Codes - Tip: There is no character limit in these fields. Be sure to separate multiple entries with a comma or quotation marks.

Ready to get started? Visit the NAIFA homepage and log-in to your account. Your username is your member ID number. If you do not know your password, you may reset it by clicking "Click here to reset your password" on the log-in screen. (Password reset link: see red arrow in image below)
Once you have logged in to your account you may begin updating and managing your profile. Select "Edit Bio" (see red arrow in image below).
