Thirty-eight years of experience in the real estate profession. Appraising residential properties since 1986 and have valued properties in the Southwest Florida market for a wide array of uses including financing, divorce proceedings, estates, replacement cost and asset
distribution since 1992. Appraisal activities include manufactured housing, single and multi-unit residences and vacant land in Charlotte and Lee counties. Prior to entering the appraisal profession in 1986, M. Trotter was a licensed real estate agent and Associate Broker in the state of Maryland from 1973-1991.
