NAIFA Joins Other Appraisal Organizations to Urge HUD to Rescind Mortgage Regulation
The Appraisal Institute recently led a coalition of four organizations and 35,000 members, calling on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to rescind regulations regarding appraisal management companies (AMCs). The coalition also sought new rules on AMCs. Click here to read the entire letter.

The Young Appraiser's Group Forum is designed for interaction between next generation appraisers. This forum is primarily for appraiser's 40 and under, however, all ages of appraisal wisdom are invited. To enter the forum:
