I have been asked by a group of owners in a residential development to research the impact of a commercial development ( major oil company facility manufacturing fracking fluids) on  residential property values. I was wondering if anyone happened to have any such information, not necessarily an oil related development, on the market value impact on properties within at least 1 mile radius. I have just been handed the  request today and  have about 10 days to get a response together, so if anyone has any info or links to reports, that would be very helpful Anyone in Louisiana, particularly near the  New Iberia LA or Maurice LA facilities could have some very relevant information as the  oil company  involved there is also in this situation.
