This introductory appraisal course provides an overview of real property concepts and characteristics, legal consideration, value influences, real estate finance, types of value, economic principals, real estate markets and analysis, and ethics in appraisal practice. Through theory, case studies and examples, this course offers practical application of appraisal principles. An exam at the conclusion of the course must be passed to receive qualifying education credit.
