The course is designed to be presented following a 59-pagesample narrative appraisal report, augmented with a 53-slide PowerPoint presentation. The students will end up with a narrative residential appraisal report template they take with them that will be useful as a guide in writing residential narrative appraisal reports in the future.

Description (7 Hours) The course is designed to be presented in a classroom setting. It will be a lecture with class discussion-style presentation. The course is designed to be presented following a 59-page sample narrative appraisal report, augmented with a 53-slide PowerPoint presentation. The students will end up with a narrative residential appraisal report template they take with them that will be useful as a guide in writing residential narrative appraisal reports in the future, should the need arise. They will learn how to use this tool in future appraisal situations.
