Education & Research Trust (E&R Trust)
Purpose: The Education & Research Trust (E&R Trust) was formed to provide support and funds to the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers for compelling and ground-breaking education for appraisal professionals. This entity operates within the guidelines established between the NAIFA Board and the Trust Agreement. Any changes to the Trust shall be made by amendment of the Trust Agreement. The Trust is responsible for making reports to the NAIFA Board of Directors at the two regularly-scheduled NAIFA Board of Directors meetings.
