Q:  How do I find out how many hours are needed to renew my license and how often the renewal cycle is?
A:
Hours and renewal cycles vary by state. State contact information can be found here.

Q:  I took a course in 1991 and need a certificate re-issued.  Can you help?
A:
Yes! NAIFA keeps records of all courses taken. For much older Qualifying Education courses, NAIFA provides an official letter with the necessary information. For all CE courses and more recent QE courses, state certificates can be re-issued. The Certificate request form can be found here.

Q:  There is a course that is approved in my state but is not being offered. What can I do?
A:
NAIFA education is chapter driven. Chapters decide their own education and submit class request forms to National. If there is a course you would like to see offered in your area, but is not currently on the calendar, contact your local chapter president for more information. All chapter information can be found here.

Q:  Our chapter has never hosted education but would like to give it a shot. Where should we begin?
A:
The Education Handbook provides a comprehensive look at how NAIFA education works. It provides the chapter and course coordinator with all the information necessary to determine which courses to offer, how to price registration, and what resources are available through National to make the course a success! The Handbook can be found under the "Education" section of the NAIFA website.

Q:  I have a great idea for a new course! Whom do I contact?
A:
We are always looking for great new ideas for courses! Contact NAIFA headquarters at info@naifa.com for more information on submitting your proposed course for consideration.

Q:  Where can I find a list of your current instructors?
A:
A list of instructors can be found in our "Education Handbook" under the "Education" section of our website.
